Once an order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm delivery details.

Payment is cash on delivery. We currently do not support online card payments.

We deliver all over Lebanon through our partner delivery company.

Delivery time is typically 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Free delivery applies on orders above $50.
5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
